Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of all products and services provided by LunaRabbit Inc. ("LunaRabbit," "we," "us"), including LunaRabbit Chat, LunaRabbit Office, and any related applications or APIs (collectively, the "Services"). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Services to create, upload, store, transmit, or distribute content that:

• Depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the sexual exploitation of minors in any form. We report all suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Incites, glorifies, or threatens violence or terrorism against any individual or group.
• Promotes discrimination, hatred, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Facilitates fraud, identity theft, phishing, social engineering, or other deceptive schemes designed to cause financial or personal harm.
• Violates sanctions or export-control regimes administered by the United States (OFAC), the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other applicable jurisdictions, including anti-money laundering requirements.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
• Contains malware, viruses, or other code intended to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems.
• Constitutes spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or deceptive commercial messages.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code, algorithms, model weights, system prompts, or other system internals of the Services.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-access the Services beyond reasonable personal or authorized use, including data mining for purposes unrelated to your authorized use.
• Evade rate limits or other protective controls through any means, including VPN rotation, cookie-clearing scripts, creating multiple accounts, or deploying automated tools.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation during account registration or use of the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, other users, or the underlying infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks, resource exhaustion attempts, or exploitation of vulnerabilities.
• Circumvent security measures, access controls, authentication mechanisms, or content moderation systems.
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties or use another user's account without their express permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Services or their outputs without prior written agreement from LunaRabbit.

3. AI-Specific Rules

Given the AI-powered nature of our Services, the following additional rules apply:

• No output-capture for model cloning: You may not systematically capture, collect, or aggregate AI-generated outputs for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, distilling, or otherwise creating a competing AI model or service. This includes using our outputs as synthetic training data.
• No competing product training: You may not use the Services, including their outputs, to develop, train, or improve any product or service that competes with any LunaRabbit offering.
• No prompt injection attacks: You may not attempt to override, manipulate, or extract system prompts, safety instructions, or internal configurations through adversarial inputs or jailbreak techniques.
• No misleading attribution: You may not present AI-generated outputs as human-authored without appropriate disclosure, where such disclosure is required by law or professional standards (e.g., academic submissions, legal filings, journalism).
• No automated decision-making without oversight: You may not use AI outputs as the sole basis for decisions that have significant legal or financial consequences for individuals without human review.
• Sensitive domains require safeguards: Use of AI outputs for medical diagnosis, legal advice, or financial advisory must include appropriate professional oversight and disclaimers.

4. Automated Access Restrictions

Automated access to the Services (bots, scripts, API integrations) is permitted only when all of the following conditions are met:

• Access is made through officially provided APIs with valid authentication credentials.
• Usage remains within documented rate limits and usage quotas for your subscription tier.
• You have obtained prior written agreement from LunaRabbit for any use that exceeds individual personal use, including using the Services as a backend for other applications or products.

Unauthorized automated access may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.

5. Enforcement

We may monitor usage patterns to detect violations of this AUP. We do not proactively read the content of your conversations or documents, but we may investigate specific accounts when we have reason to believe a violation has occurred.

We enforce this AUP through a graduated response proportional to the severity and frequency of violations:

1. Warning: For first-time or minor violations, we will issue a written warning via email identifying the violation and requesting corrective action. We may temporarily restrict access to specific features.
2. Suspension: For repeated or significant violations, we may suspend your account for a defined period. During suspension, you will not be able to access the Services, but your data will be retained.
3. Termination: For severe or persistent violations, we may permanently terminate your account and forfeit any remaining credits or prepaid amounts, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4. Legal action: We may refer violations to law enforcement or initiate legal proceedings where the violation constitutes a criminal offense or causes material harm.

For violations involving CSAM, terrorism, or imminent physical harm, we will report directly to the appropriate authorities and may terminate your account immediately without prior warning or notice.

Please include as much detail as possible, including screenshots or URLs if applicable. We review all reports promptly, will respond within 5 business days, and will take appropriate action. We do not disclose the identity of reporters except as required by law.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
