Common Issues

I can't sign in

Try signing in again from auth.lunarabbit.ai using the same method (Google, Microsoft, or Apple) you used when you first created your account. If you use multiple email addresses, make sure you pick the one your account was created with.

AI responses are slow or empty

This can happen during high traffic. Wait a moment and try again. If the problem continues, contact support.

My free usage ran out

Free usage draws from a daily credit allowance that resets every day. If you need more, you can upgrade at pricing.lunarabbit.ai.

I want to delete a conversation

Open the conversation list, long-press (or hover) the conversation, and choose Delete. Deleted conversations are removed along with any images generated in them.

The mobile app doesn't show the latest features

Fully close and reopen the app — updates are applied on the next fresh launch. If an update banner appears, tap it to refresh immediately.

I want to delete my account

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will process it within 30 days (typically much sooner).
